Medicine Wheel vision quest

goddess, eagle
white buffalo, cougar
on the rim of the wheel
where time turns
souls evolving
in this motion of space
where death has it's time too
to come
not in a way that speaks to
ending
but beginning
in this motion dance
life is like a circle
a play of god
not separate ever
with this motion dance
shakti moves

oh hearken sky clouds
i lay on your bed of roses
with my heart in yours
secrets bared to me
like treasures that rest there
i form with my hands a heart
i place my hands on my chest
and give this heart to the inside joy
in which i have been blessed with

my fingers move to the dance of river
turning wheel
and if i touch this wheel with my heart
i have been kissed by it's ancient knowledge
of animals
the goddess that is not afraid to be exposed
to the elements
the plants that spring bright and joyous
in this motion dance
the snake is there
like the mystic blessing
the planets move to this drum beat
of wheel medicine

giving it's balm of fruit, earth, soil,
nature to the soul
to the heart
where in this center lives all things
where in this center lives
the way of animal heart fire shaman
like all things of nature that ring of bounteous
bliss
with this bliss
mountains move
